makersCo was approached to create all branding collateral for a boutique apartment in Armadale. Being in such a premium location steeped in history, we came up with a name and style boards that we leveraged across all design elements that showed the high-quality and sophistication of this unique project.
Armadale is named after Armadale,
Sutherland in Scotland
With the development being located in an affluent area surrounded by many high-fashion and boutique stores, we created a brandmark that feels equally in place in this market. It is simple, modern, classic and elegant and the gold foiling gives it a sense of luxury.
Armadale is home to many great cafes, restaurants and fashion boutiques. Our photography is bright and clean and highlights the lifestyle that our demographic is looking for in a location. The photos are all carefully composed, lighted, colour corrected and retouched to give a highly polished aesthetic.
The best way to see the exact location of the property is through Drone photography and custom maps. We carefully select the best aerial photography to show the key selling points of each property. In this case we have highlighted the proximity to the CBD and the famous High Street.
With buyers contemplating one of the biggest purchasing decisions of their lives, it’s vital that the 3D renders give the best possible sense of what their dollars are going towards. We work closely with the Developer and Architect to choose the best possible angles and also style the interiors so show off the spaces in their best possible light.
For Sutherland, we produced a project brochure, sales presenter, floorplan brochures and hoarding. All of the collateral form a cohesive brand using clean minimal layouts and a consistent colour palette. The elegant leaves in the vases are used as a device to echo the surrounding leafy streets and also the sophisticated styling of the luxury apartments.
