Project spotlights

Dorian, Kew

Luxury apartments deserve more than a slideshow, so we animated both exterior and interior renders: morning sun flooding the living room, brass fittings catching light, treetops swaying beyond the balcony. We filmed architect and landscape designer interviews and cut them with the CGI. The two-minute story pairs design intent with lived-in warmth—ideal for the website hero and LinkedIn posts.


Tennyson HQ, Queensland

This high-end warehouse collection needed to feel premium, not industrial. Our animation slowed the pace, let shadows glide across the façade and inserted staged business setups such as an e-commerce studio and a boutique brewer to show scale and versatility. Prospects told the agent they could “see our brand in there” before construction even began.

Affordability and energy were the selling points, so we pushed the tempo: punchy edits, dynamic fly-throughs and bold supers that matched the target SME mindset. The video’s first three seconds reveal price per square metre against a sweeping camera move, and bounce-rate data shows viewers watch the whole thing.
