Our team dives deep—researching the land, the history, the architecture, and, most importantly, the people who will call it home. We brainstorm, we debate, we get creative. East on West

Take East on West for example. This name is a playful twist on the location—East from St Kilda East and West from Westbury Street. It’s catchy, memorable, and perfectly suited to the area’s youthful, vibrant energy. The name led us to a café culture-inspired marketing campaign that resonated deeply with first-home buyers.

Helix

Or Helix—a name that’s as clever as it is cool. We crafted it by combining HE from Heathwood and LIX from the Roman numerals for fifty-nine, the street number. The name Helix not only tied perfectly to the location but also had modern, dynamic connotations that set the tone for the entire warehouse development in Heathwood. It fit like a glove.

And then there’s Eleanor in Carnegie—a nod to the classic Beatles song Eleanor Rigby with a connection to Rigby Street. This one had us reimagining lyrics and creating a whole campaign with a nostalgic twist that hit all the right notes.
