Innova, Rochedale

Following the success of Botanica Park, we launched Innova in Rochedale. This project also enjoyed remarkable success, with seventy per cent of the fifty-two warehouses sold within three weeks of launch. The sales agents noted that it was the most comprehensive marketing campaign for a Warehouse Development that they had been involved in.
